Re: Teradek now not approved for use?
Because it is there and still works, we are using the Teradek VidiU in the stake center as long as it lasts. When it quits, we will use another solution. I doubt we would invest in another encoder such as the J-Tech that has been discussed in this forum. We could, but we would probably figure out s...

Teradek now not approved for use?
We have had a consistent audio quality issue using the chapel audio broadcast through the Vidiu teradek unit. I've come up with a small workaround to mitigate the issue, but recently tried to have it addressed again and received this response: Thank you for the FIR. We had this looked at and they le...

Re: Unofficial guide for YouTube Live - Part 5: Invite Others to Assist / Stream Keys
Thank you Mikerowaved! This gave me some confidence to get our setup running through Youtube. We had our first 3 sacrament meetings successfully broadcast yesterday from the stake building. All we are using is the Vidiu teradek provided by the church, the camera installed in the stake center 10 year...

This link seems to work the way I want: https://youtube.com/embed/live_stream?channel=enter channel id here If I put in my channel ID after the equal sign then it takes the sure to page just showing the upcoming scheduled live feed and nothing else. Tha...

Emedded LIve Video using Youtube
I thought I saw a comment on here that someone was using an embedded youtube link on a page like google sites, or something similar to have their broadcast taken off of youtube and remove those potential distractions. I can't find it now, so I could be wrong. I've tried doing this using google sites...

Re: URGENT. Cannot login to webcast.ChurchofJesusChrist.org.
I see that the site is down again today, and someone made a comment on one of the other threads on here that a message went out saying it's shut down permanently. Any confirmation of that?

Re: End of Webcasting in July 2022: Please transition to Zoom
Glad to know we're not the only ones interested in this. We did a full test today, broadcasting our sacrament meeting using the new cloud-based solution (Teradek to Zoom) and it worked perfectly. If I can find some time in the next week or two, I'll see if I can put together a basic self-serve opti...

Re: Temple recommends for 11 year olds
Thanks. Still unable to do it this morning. I'll give a call in. We have a couple of sessions scheduled for the youth Wednesday and Thursday night.
