Mail Merge via Microsoft Word

I use Microsoft Word to type up notifications of invalid email addresses. Mail Merge can be used to enter desired names, and other information. Then just print all the letters and mail.

I have been sending out weekly e-mail updates to the ward which have been positively received. Members appreciate having the information come to their inbox without being required to access the website.
