Thanks Dennis! I currently have separate posts for each organization, but didn't think to put the dates there. Thanks for the tip! One thought is to create a "News/Information Item" for each Organization. You will update each organization's item with the news/info that needs to be added. I have foun...

I LOVE this idea! I'm including the quote this time so everyone knows what I'm talking about. :) I'm envisioning a modular LUWS 2.0 where the ward admin can turn on sections for various auxiliaries as requested. Let's say the RS wants to really go all out with their information on the web site. The ...

Thanks for the tip! I will try to utilize that in my posts. Sorry for the newbie mess... Your posts are not clearly stating what posts you are responding to. If you were to include a quote of the quote you are responding to, it would be helpful. There is a button on each post called "Quick Rep...

Ooh ooh ooh! I LOVE this idea! CHQ, please take note!!!

The idea I'm referring to is the idea of a modular ward website. Someone suggested having different modules that can be turned "on" or "off" for different auxilliaries, etc...

I agree that the best solution would be to light a fire for the Stake Administrator. It's not the Ward Administrator's job to do the Stake Administrator's job, if that makes sense. I typically just send an email with specific details to the Stake Administrator, and let them handle it. If it happens ...

Another idea would not to necessarily override it, but to be able to add a comment on it. For example, if they click on the General Relief Society Broadcast, they could see what time dinner starts beforehand in their stake (because the Stake Administrator added a comment).

News sections for Auxilliaries, etc...

Would it be possible to have separate news and information sections for different Auxilliaries, such as Young Women, Elders Quorum, etc... I find that my News and Information section gets very cluttered with all the news and information from everyone! I wish there were a way to organize it, so that ...

Can I subscribe to new feature updates?

This may have already been covered, but in case it hasn't...

I'm a Ward Website Administrator. Is there a way that I can subscribe to something that will let me know about new features that will be available for the LUWS?

Thanks!
Ailene
