The Reconciliation page for the Wiki says the following about Other Items : Ideally, a clerk should enter automatic debits (i.e. Ward Missionary payments, Distribution Center charges) as Expenses and then check the Not a Check box. I use third party applications for this. Here's a list of certified third party apps. Roots Magic Essentials is a good one. You can sync with New Family Search and then view a list of all people who need ordinances done.
