Need simple way to configure monitors on the stand

Stake conference this weekend and visiting GA has requested monitors on the stand for those seated there to view videos he plans to show. We've done it in the past by taking a video out from the projector but this time we want to use two monitors. We have a pretty simple setup and not access to a lo...

Setting up WebEx phone-in PASG meeting?

Our stake is trying to establish a phone-in portion to our weekly PASG (pornography addiction support group) meeting. The local LDS Family Services office said we do that through the church's WebEx account. I can access the account without a problem but just want to know any details prior to setting...

Adding additional AP's. Compatibility?

In some of our older, cinder block buildings, we really need additional AP's installed. I have access to several from my work they are disposing of and I'd like to know if they would be compatible in our building. The model from work is AIR-LAP1142N-A-K9. The ones in our building are AIR-LAP1041N-A-...

Webcast a satellite broadcast?

I'm curious if it's permissible to grab the satellite signal of a multi-stake/state satellite conference broadcast from SLC on Nov. 6 and webcast it into another building that doesn't have satellite and to make it available to the homebound. Anyone know? Thanks.

New local deposit bank?

Can someone point me to instructions for setting up a new local deposit bank? I'm assisting a new ward as their high council liaison. I'm sure they just missed seeing these instructions somewhere. Thanks.

Event Size affect?

What affect does changing the Event Size have on the broadcast? If we elect 25 and we have 35 users logging in, what will happen? We have a member of The Quorum of the Twelve visiting in a few weeks and I'm sure there are shut-ins that can't attend that would love to be included. Are we OK to set Ev...

Help me setup backup telephone audio

I have two stake conference broadcasts coming up (one with an apostle) and I really don't want to be without at least audio if the internet goes down. But currently we don't have audio backup processes in place. Are there instructions (or can someone provide) on what and how to setup backup audio fo...

Temporary lighting solution for pulpit?

Are there fairly simple, temporary, pulpit lighting solutions to improve stake conference webcast video? Obviously, we don't want the speaker to feel like they are on stage and are being blinded. What about replacing the cheap, ceiling pulpit aimed bullet lights with decent spot lights? I know that'...
