Your method of adding an alternate address is correct. Type "none" in the email field and it should go through.

Thanks for looking into this, everyone. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one and that it's not an problem; hopefully the Firefox devs will get it figured out soon.

Also, it looks like if you use Coral IE Tab and click the "Print" button on the article page, it prints all four pages.
