I would contact Clerk Support on this one. This is not the first unit that has had this issue and more often than not it has to be corrected by the programming team.

If you come back and find out that all of the information at the ward level is correct, try requesting a Unit Refresh at the stake level for the entire stake (checking all of the boxes) this will bring in the information that has been recorded in the Church Directory.

Currently remote assistance is not available on unit computers. Clerk Support will tell you this if you call. I would suggest viewing the thread posted above by crislapi.

One of the wards in my stake had a similar problem. Having all the documentation in front of us, we did the following to resolve the issue: 1. Perfomed a backup 2. Deleted the non-check item 3. Performed a Send/Receive 4. Re-added the non-check item with the correct date on the financial statement ...

This has been a known issue with MLS 3.0, if there is no change after the Unit Refresh comes back it may be time to contact Clerk Support.

A current driver's license would suffice, or any documentation from the court finalizing the divorce.

This article here about Special Requests, may be of some help. Lajackson is right, this needs to be handled by the membership department at CHQ.

Go to advanced search
