software quality and "temple standard"

Watching Elder Whiting's talk in General Conference this weekend made me wonder about software the Church uses in the temple. Is it held to a similar "temple standard." If so, what techniques do Church software development staff use to attain this level of quality?

The new church handbooks are available on new.lds.org. They appear to have secured Book 1 now so that you can't just type in the name and get to it. It is now available to leaders by signing in, choosing Leader and Clerk Resources from the Tools menu, and then choosing Church Handbooks from the Res...

Subversion Repository

I was excited to hear about the SVN repository. I've created my LDS Account but still cannot access the repository. I'm hoping there's just some lag between the account creation process and being able to sign in. Is anyone else able to access the repository?

Changing ward website administrator

Our Bishop would like to change the current ward website administrator. I've looked all through the ward website and not found any way for him to do this. What's the process for assigning a new admin?
