way back when, when you used to send records out with very little knowledge of where they are, you could at least write some kind of notation.

for example;

i happen to know the State where they are, but nothing further. wouldn't SLC want that information?

aren't we suppose to able to download this at home on our personal computers? if so, i've tried to do it (with my Mac using Safari) and it says:

"Safari can’t open the file “MLS Installer-5.exe” because no available application can open it."
