I too wish that the LCR software would NOT try to force the apartment number onto the second address line. Many reports do not show the second address line. The U.S. Postal Service zip code lookup / address standard tool keeps the apartment number on the first line. Why does the LCR software insist ...

Only Heads of Household will show on the "Households not assigned" list. Is EACH PERSON their own Head of House? If roommates are grouped into a single household, then that could explain your problem. If that is not the problem, then try a "Unit Data Refresh" see: https://tech.ld...

I believe that russelhltn is correct; Family Tree does NOT support attaching sources to living person records. The ability to do so is a bug.

I had the same problem on Friday, 24 Apr 2015, but it is fine now (Saturday, 25 Apr 2015). So, this problem is intermittent.

This turned out to be a training issue. I'll ask them show me the problem in person from now on before escalating to this forum.
