Re: Improper "Standardized" format for apartment addresses

I concur 100%. This needs to be fixed.

Re: members moved out list inaccurate

Re: Updating Baptism/Confirmations and Priesthood Ordination

If the children were baptized after turning age 9, then the missionaries were likely involved, even though they were children of record. I've had at least two cases where missionary involvement in a child of record baptism (over age 9) resulted in creation of a duplicate membership record by the mis...

Email or Phone change reverts confirmed map loc.

When I (as a ward clerk) edit the phone number or the email address of a member via clerk resources on lds.org, it causes a confirmed map location for the member to revert to either unmapped or unverified with the position moved to where google (or whoever) thinks is the location for the address. The bishop should have retained the pink copy when he signed the form and matched it up to the canary copy that the storehouse sends back to the bishop. If the pink copy is lost, then I think all you can do is...

Re: Tithing status

"Now it seems the system does that for you upon move-out." I believe that there is (or was) a software bug regarding removing moved-out members from the Tithing Status Declaration report. We have a high volume of move-ins/move-outs, and our 2012 Tithing Status report (where the bishop reco...

Re: Unmapped Locations

I believe that members can verify their own household location. Perhaps a ward/stake wide initiative to have each member household set/verify their own household location would reduce the workload on ward clerks.

Re: Wrong ward/stake when logging in to Beta Directory

Confirming. I see the Canyon Lake Ward in the Menifee California Stake when I enter https://lds.org/rcdirectory. If I enter https://lds.org/directory, I see my correct ward and stake.
