Random question: Would anybody on this forum happen to know why the San Fernando California Mission doesn't have them? I'm currently serving there. We just met with some missionaries that over lap into our mission that have them and I can't see any reason why we wouldn't have them.

Does anyone on this forum happen to know the possible scheduled dates for missionaries receiving iPads? I'm in the California San Fernando Mission and was interested in knowing. Thanks!

A friend of mine told me that she couldn't find the LDS tools app in the Apple app store. At first I wanted to say she was stupid and wasn't doing it right, but to save that embarrassment, I searched for it and to my surprise it's not there. Was it taken down do to bugs or something? It's probably because there is no activities section. I don't honestly know why.

As much as I am enjoying the new 2013 beta directory, I don't like one thing so far. When going to the leadership directories, it's in alphabetical order (which is fine), but that means Presidencies and Bishoprics may not appear first on the list, and since they're not first they don't appear first ...

I'm reading this section of the church handbook 2 about using brass in sacrament meetings. In your opinion, does that mean you could possibly use a trumpet if used as a worshipful sound?
