Re: Missing finance data

So I cam in this morning to call LUS and work on this. Logged on to MLS while waiting on hold and everything is fine with MLS.

Very very strange.

It said "Updating Finance" and I left for the night.

Back now, and the screen is the same as it was 13 hours ago.

Any ideas?

Stake Tech guy fixed it via a call to SLC. But he also did a Windows System Restore (on XP) leaving us with old MLS data. I restored from backup and MLS looks good. But changes made to the MLS user login database seemed to have been "restored" to a previous point in time, losing changes. A...

Windows Installer popping up every few minutes, related to Sophos

Title pretty much says it all. Event logs say this: [quote] Product: Sophos AutoUpdate -- Internal Error 2324. 6, C:\Program Files\Sophos\AutoUpdate\ps.crl For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp . My company matches 100% but company policy (I don't believe United Way has a policy but they may) states they don't match to religious orgs. In my case, the contribution and the match go to the designated organization (with the firm paying a fee to United Way, and the firm getting great PR that empl...

Now, however, to protect the Church's legal status (as a religious organization not just tax exempt) it has to be much more guarded in how money is collected and spent. There are certainly very rational reasons for the way the church handles donations, but do you have a source to confirm it's to pr...

I am curious if this has been resolved yet. Our monthly statements show a missing batch for a Sunday when no donations were processed. It was a few months ago. We're not getting a dialog box prompting about a missing batch.
