Criteria for "Member is a convert"
I created a custom report this week listing all of our Melchizedek Priesthood holders and added a column showing whether or not a person was a convert to the church. It appeared as though anyone that has joined the church within the past 10 years showed up as "a convert" but if it was later than tha...

2010 Youth DVD and Sheet Music
Does anyone know when the 2010 A Brand New Year: 2010 Youth Celebration DVD will be sent out? I believe it was supposed to have gone out in November, but we have not yet received it in our unit. Has anyone else received theirs? I'm also looking to get a copy of the sheet music for the 2010 Them...

Best Fundraising Ideas
I thought it would be interesting to hear about what other wards have done for successful fundraising when it is needed. One thing we have done previously have been a "YW Garage Sale" where members save up items they would have given to goodwill and instead donate them to the YW to hold a 2-day gara...

If you are only looking for ward calendar data you can export your ward calendar (from your ward website) into a separate google calendar and then use google sync on your BB and set it to sync up your ward calendar data. You should wait to import the ward calendar until after you setup the google sy...

Multi-stake building scheduling
We have a situation where 3 wards meet in a stake center (stake A) where 2 of the wards are members of another stake (stake B). Is there a way to grant rights to the members of the two wards (stake B) that are not part of the stake A that owns the building to the resources tab on the website for sta...

You can also just use the native tools in Google Earth with a plus account and it will auto look up - up to 100 addresses at a time within the app itself. Just break up your ward list into csv of no more than 100 names. Once you get all of these looked up and mapped you can combine them into a singl...
