Ways to look up address & phone

I have two websites I always try. The first is whitepages.com. I use this at work for similar purposes and have found that the information is generally accurate, but sometimes not. The other option is by property search on the county auditor / assessor's website. Not all locations have the last opti...

One thing I didn't see mentioned here is what to do when there is a single sister who has both a home phone and a cell phone? On the directory, it will print the home phone, but on the Relief Society reports, it will print the cell phone information. If for some reason she only wanted her home numbe...

I would use the maps to identify any addresses that are not plotted or grouped correctly and work to standardize those addresses. Since the data is going into MLS it will survive any changes to the mapping program. Do we know this for certain? This information seems to contradict another message be...

Ward Mission

Do we know the future of the ward mission section? The section is there but there are not any standardized callings. All of the Ward Mission callings are listed under Miscellaneous. Are they going to delete that section or start using it. I think it would be nice to be able to section off as many ca...

I am sure this is addressed in another forum, however, I have not been able to find it. What drives the calling on the Member Experience page found in labs.lds.org? Is it MLS? I know I have read a lot about consolidating and having MLS and LUWS being coordinated. Is MLS also going to drive the LUWS,...

We often have the reverse situation. We complete the form from MLS and send it with the member(s). When they return, they give the form back to me and we record the ordinance. I don't think that leaves much for the clerk in the ward they are being blessed in to do. I have had a couple of situations ...

Ward Directory

I am assuming that only certain people or wards are able to see their directory in labs. I went on to take a look and the link is unavailable.

I had a situation where the member's endowment was completely missing and I wasn't aware that I could update the endowment. I called the temple where the endowment took place. They did not have a record of the actual ordinance, which makes sense since it was not recorded, but they did have a record ...

Cub Scout Callings

Maybe the Notes field could be similar to the class field in Primary and Sunday School. For the example that was used for Cub Scouts, classes can be created in Primary (which is where the Cub Scouts callings are) without taking the children out of their Primary classes and then the respective class ...
