Thanks for the quick responses. That makes sense, however, it seems that there should be logic that if I click on February 14, it's clear that my intention is not to create an even on February 15. So the next hour logic should stop a midnight. Having nearly completed our Stake Calendar for 2012, I'd...

Event creation one day off

I scanned to see if anyone else had reported this, but didn't see it. Sorry if it's a duplicate. Let's say I want to create a all-day event for Valentine's day on the 2012 calendar. I advance the calendar to February 2012, and I click on Tuesday, February 14. The new event pop-up dialog shows When:F...

I guess I should have been more clear that I was referring to events that were moved forward from the V1 calendar. If it was created in the V1 calendar, the last instance didn't show up after the V2 update. I'd click on the first instance to open the edit dialog, and it looked correct. But until I r...

This one messed up several of my calendars as well. Particularly, I have a "Holidays" calendar that defines the standard holidays like New Years Day, Mother's Day, etc. I had defined them as being "Every January 1", or "Every 2nd Sunday in May". Rather than just truncate the repetition or assuming i...

Thank you for all the help and suggestions. I was able to get Win7 to load and authenticate the license key from the sticker on the machine by doing the following steps: 1) I downloaded a Windows 7 Professional with SP1 .iso file from Microsoft TechNet. (I have a subscription. I believe any Windows ...

Same situation here. I just received a batch of new Dell 580's that all have XP preloaded. If the past is any indication of how long these machines will be used, installing them with XP is a bad idea. Microsoft has been trying to kill it off for several years already. Win7 is a much better choice at...

We use remote controlled cameras, so there are no camera operators to communicate with. We use two cameras that home run back to our "control booth" in the building library, near the satellite equipment rack which also contains the webcast communicator. Our camera controller has an embedded LCD scre...

Difficult to say... We reloaded from a backup, which of course populates that directory. The symptom both the stake and one ward (so far) saw was that after the "pushed" upgrade completed and the system was rebooted, starting MLS resulted in a screen asking for the unit number and administrator pass...

Pushed MLS 3.3 update clears data

Our stake and at least one ward so far have experience the situation that after the MLS3.3 update is pushed and the system rebooted, all of the previous data is gone. MLS starts up and asks for a unit number just like a brand new install. I've been unable to locate the data anywhere on the machine. ...
