Thanks for the reply. I agree that someone scheduling an event will get a possible conflict notice but unless they are in the same unit can't see anything about the possible conflict. When I said without a clue I was referring to building schedulers who don't schedule events unless they are doing do...

Hi aebrown Thanks for the reply. I suspected that the indenting was some kind of bug. I have just had some people ask if it means anything. I also appreciate your remarks on scheduling locations for all day events. One of the problems we have is that we have little insight into what is coming down t...

Calendar Display

In the month view, some of our events are indented. I have attached a screen shot with a couple of examples circled. Is there any significance to the indenting and/or any way we can avoid this. Thanks

Importing Calendar

One of our units created their calendar in outlook. They would now like to import that into the LDS calendar. From what I know, I don't think there is a way to do this. But thought I would check to see if by chance there is a way. Thanks

Thanks, we have essentially the same naming convention. The problem comes in if someone doesn't follow the convention and there is no way for a Stake Adminstrator to see the calendar structure (names etc.) Hence my suggestion for a Stake Adminstrator View which would show the structure and for troub...

Need an Adminstrator View

We had a situation in our Stake where one of our Stake calendars went missing. We knew it was still around because we could see events from it on the location calendars. Opening the event on the location calendar confirmed the existence of the calendar but not a clue as to where it was. Through a bi...

Thanks for the reply. I have already tried all the things that you mention. I can see the event and see that it on the special events calendar. I just can't see the special events calendar. So while I see the event on the locations calendar, I can't see the event on the event calendar. This is what ...

Missing Calendar and events

We created a stake calendar to list special events such as receptions and other things. This calendar has gone missing. I can still see some of the events on locations but they don't show on the calendar. Some of our events on other stake calendars also went missing. Any suggestions on how we might ...

Thanks for the reply. We might try going to one scheduler per building. We got to multiple schedulers when it was suggested in the instructions that adminstrators may want make themselves schedulers in order to see the events.

Multiple building schedulers

In some cases we have multiple building schedulers for a given building. One problem with this is that when someone schedules an event with a conflict it seems arbitary who shows up as the building scheduler to contact. Is there any way to control which building scheduler is listed when there is a c...
