Is there an easier way to add all the individual phone # and emails for the entire ward other than opening up each member record at a time and adding individual contact info?
That will take forever with 800 members in the ward.

When do names of members that had their temple recommends activated show up on the ward recommend activation report? Is it after the member goes to the temple (and uses his/her recommend) or after the stake president activates the recommend (even if the recommend has not been used)?
