AOL blocking ldschurch.org

Who should handle this? When an email is broadcast from the ward via lds.org, AOL is treating ldschurch.org group email broadcasts as spam. AOL message: CON Blocks 554 CON:B1 The IP address has been blocked due to a spike in unfavorable e-mail statistics. -Rich -----Original Message----- From: Mail ...

Re: missing 1 set of missionary contact info in LUD

Yep... 'Local Unit Directory' refers to the specific page title that goes on a browser tab displaying the LDS.Org directory app.

Re: missing 1 set of missionary contact info in LUD

ok, I will ping the mission home. thanks...

Limiting the LUD missionary UI to 1 set doesn't make sense for north america-north east. I have seen units with 3 sets (i.e. a multilingual ward in Massachusetts).

missing 1 set of missionary contact info in LUD

LDS.Org=>Tools=>Directory=>Missionary for unit#46299 (North Branch Ward) only shows the sister missionaries. NB ward has had 2 sets for several years. The other (male) missionary contact info is missing. Who can correct this? The mission home clerk/secretary?? Members are using LUD to contact both s...

Re: callings appear twice on LDS.Org

Thanks JonesRK & jdlessly, that worked... * remove the duplicated callings (the whole line) * sync * [File][Request Unit Refresh Data...] * sync, wait a couple minutes (to get the unit refresh) * sync * ...and walla, the YW org displays the leaders as a single entry on all 3 GUIs - MLS, LUD and ...

callings appear twice on LDS.Org

Apologies if there is a thread for this. I checked and couldn't find one. Here is the bug report: * (Unit #46299 - https://www.lds.org/directory/#) <=> [Ward Leaders]<=>[Young Women], the President and 2nd Counselor appear twice. * I tried removing the YW presidency in MLS, sync'd that to CHQ and lo...

Re: viewing other ward calendars

Is this thread still alive? Another reason to make 'other' unit calendars view-able by members within the same stake is the corner-case where a member is invited to attend another units calendared event (i.e. 1 unit doesn't have a YM/scouting program, a 2nd unit does, and the youth from unit 1 is 'i...

Mission Home Addr in LUD from CDOL?

It's not as nice, but you could put the addresses in the new newsletter application (currently in beta). Members of the bishopric (including clerks/exec sec) can get the mission addresses, including pouch codes, from CDOL. I may be on the wrong thread. But what's the status of posting the mission h...

At ward level, I have priesthood and auxiliary leaders asking for web access to appropriate sections of 'Leader Resources'.

Any update when a matrix would be published for which roles and what content users have access to?

Thanks for the historical insight... Miniumum Hardware Support for GLA: As to Android devices in foreign countries, the minimum hardware footprint for Droid is pretty small to be sure - 32MB RAM, 32MB Flash and 200 Mhz GPU for a VERY basic droid O/S experience, assuming DSP's are handling voice & ra...
