RSS Enclosures for Media associated with News Room Articles

I've noticed that it isn't uncommon for articles posted at http://newsroom.lds.org to include associated video or audio. When I first read about it yesterday, my first reaction was similar: Oh No! Not another Browser to support!" But I downloaded and tried it this morning, and I like it. I've been writing a program that consumes RSS Feeds, and as I have been testing my program using the RSS Feeds provided by the church I have found that there are some bugs in the feeds that can cause some really annoying problems. RSS and the meaning of Redistributon?

Doing so is likely a violation of copyright. Or did you miss that disclaimer at the end of each session of conference that no part of it can be rebroadcast (or republished) without express written permission? Your expressed intent does not fall under the "fair use" exceptions granted to journalists...
