The title says it all: When I print a directory or look at the leadership on line, the RS President is not listed. I checked MLS and she is, indeed, listed there as RS President. What am I doing wrong?

No city, state, zip
When I try to print the ward directory from the LDS.org website, city, state, and zip do not print even though the "example" shows city, state, and zip should print out. That might work in Salt Lake wards, but out here our ward is spread out over 2 counties. What's the deal? Dale Webb Gale...

Export data with respect to telephone numbers
I "create" a ward telephone directory on a single sheet of paper for distribution to ward members based on the family.csv that is exported from the file menu. The problem comes with families where the husband and wife have cell phones and separate numbers - they want to be listed separatel...

Child not printing in Primary lists
We recently merged with another unit. One of the families has a 2-year-old daughter that is in the database (you can see her when you look at the family screen), but she does not print out in Primary lists. Any idea why? I also have a problem with non-member heads of house (men). When I print abbrev...

Not printing membership records
This Sunday I expect to receive a large number of membership records from a branch that is being folded into our ward. MLS automatically wants to print paper membership records for everyone that is new to the unit's system. I don't want to do this because I want to print the entire new unit's member...

Rebaptized member record
We had a member, that had been excommunicated, rebaptized. I can't figure out how to create him a record. Any ideas?

Forcing MLS to upgrade
Is there a way to force MLS to upgrade itself? I am using 3.1.1. I "sent and received" several times, but it never got the hint.

Printing quarterly report
I don't know what version I have. Doesn't Salt Lake "push" all the new updates to the unit computers?

Printing quarterly report
Sunday, I tried to print the quarterly report so I could fill it in as I accumulated the data from the various quorums/axiliaries. It wouldn't print. It just sat there and didn't bring up the printer dialog. I finally used the "Print a blank quarterly report" option. Anybody else have this...
