Perhaps the thinking should be changed to allow patrons to have a one year expiration, after which they may renew their control of the cards, if they wish. The Income and Expense Report for Fast Offerings for a certain date range should list all donations to that category. You may next sort by donor name by clicking on the Donor header. If you then click in the list of data somewhere and press Ctrl + Shift + C, you will copy the data to your clipboard...

Currently nFS is only open to members. The member's login it tied to their membership record. In theory, the member's unit would notify the church when that member dies. Personally, I'd think about making things expire if the user hasn't logged in for a long time. As long as their account is in use...
