Thank you. I had considered uninstalling Temple Ready and reinstalling it. However, I could not find a SetUp.exe file for Temple Ready on the hard drive and could not find any CDs with Temple Ready. Am I not looking in the correct place or am I not looking for the correct files on the hard drive? I...

Live in St Louis, Reno and Snowflake next. Rumor has it going to the small temples first, and then the larger, with the Utah temples last. This is just rumor. Can anyone verify?

If you went with a plastic card you wouldn't need to get a new card. The barcode takes care of it. After you are interviewed and its renewed the clerk would update your info. The card would have to have the expiration date and other information printed on it so it could be used at those temples tha...

Our Temple has received some of the hardware for the new bar coded recommends. As of Last Sunday our ward has not received any materials. The Temple has been told that the system will be fully implemented within the next four months for the entire temple district. It is interesting to see the imple...

Thank you for all the input. I placed the IGI and addendum CD data on each computer and set up TempleReady Windows to access it. Since the Scottish Church Records are on a single CD, that will be accessed from the CD. I could not justify setting up FamilySerch DOS to access the hard drive for all t...

Thank you for the responses. I found detailed instructions late last night on the fhctech site by going to their site map. Great information there.

Old FamilySearch on XP

Our local FHC has obtained a donated HP with Windows XP. When I attempt to install FamilySearch 2.27 on it, it gives an error of “windows operating system not recognized”. Any suggestions on overcoming the problem?
