"Actions In Process" on LDS.org

I am a stake clerk. If I go to "Clerk Resources", then under "Membership", "Confidential" and "Actions In Process", I see "There are no confidential actions". I just learned that the stake president does not see the same thing. In fact, he sees nine ...

Branch Presidencies missing under

Ever since MLS 3.5, under "Organizations" | "Reports/Tools" | "Ward Leadership" my branch presidencies, branch clerks, and branch executive secretaries are all missing. They don't show up if I do an Export, either. The bishoprics, ward clerks, and ward executive secreta...

Suggestions for solving Sophos problems: Go to the FamilySearch: Support tools page: https://familysearch.org/remote/support.html . 1. Download the Sophos FixIssues Script from that page and run it. That fixed Sophos on all 12 of my ward/branch administrative computers and on 3 Family History comput...

Midland Michigan - Saturday October 13, 2012, 8:00 am EST. I just tried updating several computers using Send/Receive Changes. None of them updated to MLS 3.5. Some units, it appears, are not going to receive the update as soon as others.

Excellent question. If the information is already in the database, it should be presented without having to remember and enter it.

I wonder, though, if even the existence of the ward executive secretary calling should be revisited. With modern technology, appointment scheduling and meeting agenda preparation and even record keeping are becoming so easy that the Ward Clerk really could handle it all now, if he had the right ski...

"Young Single Adult Adviser"?

I'm the stake clerk. On the stake calendar, I am able to give access to a calendar, by calling, to the "Stake Young Single Adult Advisor". However, I don't see "Stake Young Single Adult Advisor" show up in MLS when I try to assign positions. As a workaround, I created a non-stand...

There may also be a problem with the number of connections that the firewall will allow. Whenever we have stake conference, all of the iPads and iPhones that have ever connected to the network (anywhere in the stake since we use the same SSID and passwords throughout the stake), automatically connec...

Look at this message. It appears to be the same as yours (cursory examination).

Can I Schedule multiple resources?

I'm a stake clerk. The Building Scheduler of the stake center (two wards occupy it), would like to be able to schedule resources separately. For example, the Relief Society might want to use the Relief Society room, the Kitchen and the Cultural Hall (three resources), while the Young Women might wan...
