I encountered exactly the same problem yesterday. I created a response to a clerk's query, saved it and transmitted it (I hope). Later, when I looked, there was nothing was in the Sent Items folder (I emptied it a week ago).

Under stake leadership our stake president has been entered twice. If I try to remove one of them it wants me to use the leader and unit change request. I have to disagree. The ward administrator site is for manipulating ward calendars. Having Stake and Church items on the ward administrator's working calendar would make for many more problems. For example, the ward administrator would be confused when he/she could not edit them.
