Building property numbers
Hi, As a Stake Tech Specialist I have a database of computers in our stake and am now expanding to include copiers and A/V equipment. Is there a way to look up the building property numbers for each location? I know I have a property number on the satellite receiver in our Stake Center and would lik...

LDS Tools bug....
Hi, I have noticed that every time you update information on LDS Tools rather than updating information on callings it duplicates them. Sync once and you have a single entry for each calling. Sync twice and you have them twice Sync three times and yup you have three entries for each calling. My solu...

WOW! I never realized all that was available online. I had only briefly looked at what was new and noticed the membership directory had been vastly changed. Other than being a bit sluggish it works quite well. At the risk of giving away secrets, on my first go-around at Membership Clerk to transmit ...

MLS 3.3.0 vs Membership Master
Hi, I just noticed that MLS 3.3.0 really messes with MembershipMaster! When I update MM the families get all mixed up and people show up in families they weren't in before. The first thing is everyone gets selected as "to be deleted". Oh Well, sleep is over-rated. BTW with this update Ward...

What I oddly enough have are two machines that have the same 3 items in Sophos Quarantine. I haven't been able to uncover the option to delete the 3 items. I suspect they came from an infected USB drive as one machine is only a couple of months old and the other is at the end of its 5 year cycle. Th...

unknown administrator password
I tried to log in one of the machines in my Stake to deal with a virus issue only to find the password wasn't what I expected.
I tried the others used in the Stake and nothing worked.
Other than re-immaging the drive is there a way to recover the password?
Thanks
