You could just put "Wedding" on the calendar so people know that it is taken. I think that is the point anyway..

Yeah, I have worked on dozens of solutions for getting the scriptures on my blackberry as well... in the end I just created a browser link on my desktop using Shortcut hub ( http://m.jonathanhfisher.co.uk/webshortcuts/ ). Works pretty well, but I have Cingular... not the quickest, but better than no...

I have had great success with Google Docs. I am the ward mission leader and have set up a spreadsheet that I share with my 20+ ward missionaries and the ward council members to keep them up to date on what we are doing. Best part is... FREE! Nice!

I received that same e-mail. It was just a little 4 second clip of the the logo of the church and an opening of the tomb. It was very nice. I am curious how I got on that invitation list. Is that connected to these forums? Either way, cool stuff!

Wow! This is a great list! Thanks for taking the time to put it together. I have long thought that PDA devices would be very useful to missionaries. Of course the biggest headache would be putting a device that valuable in the hands of 19 year old boys. We all know what a tax they put on mission car...

There is a great free product that does this already via e-mail. http://readthescriptures.com/. I used it when President Hinckley issued his challenge to read the BOM before the end of the year! Worked GREAT!
