Appropriate training? I don't think leaders are Microsoft certified user. They need to use programs not operating system. This is better, even with windows, let a matter of specialists. Right. So a few years back I wrote a PHP/MySQL site that allowed a branch president to manage his sacrament meetings. He could record who would speak, their topics, who gave prayers, business, announcements, etc. Then he could view reports of the last date members spoke, gave prayers, when hymns were sung....

The only problem is that the church encrypted data stream that MLS uses to send updates, could potentially be hacked and then false information could be uploaded to the servers, effectively ruining the entire chruch database. I support some of the projects but not all for the reasons of privacy and...
