That is easier said than done, in some portions of some area codes, such as all of the codes in the Phoenix metro area, you can't dial numbers using 10 digits, I think it throws an error message if you try to do that. Is this true for both cell phones and land lines? I've never encountered cell pho...

And as much as I am against "do not contact" lists, puting DNC in the primary phone number or street address 1 field more than adequately provides a needed function even if is is aesthetically irritating and kludgy. Now that the thread has been resurrected, please see the wiki article: ht...

It would be great to have a Church system that could move the records with the youth. I agree that there are some benefits to a central online advancement tracking system; I don't agree that the organization to build it is the church. While the church has close ties with BSA they are not inseparabl...

LDS Tools is the best candidate I know of. Version 2 has not been released just yet but has some information editing and reports; I believe. You are welcome to join the Project if you'd like to contribute or learn more about the current status of development.

I find that using Google Earth/Street View is a great tool to be able to use to verify. No fuel usage, no air pollution etc.. Done then at my schedule. Google Earth doesn't show the house number though, does it? If not, how does it help you to verify that the map is locating the address correctly. ...

Please let the Ward/Branch Counsels keep track of verified addresses, as they are the ones that actually need the information. There is some merit in allowing other ward members assist in the verification process. My ward encompasses an entire city of 27,000 people, half a city of 86,000 people and...

I'm not sure of the status of the project, but WardTools used to include HT/VT info. The down side is that you need the Ward Clerk to export the data from MLS; which they may or may not want to do.

I've been a little surprised by the cynical response I've received, but then I'm new to this forum and am not familiar with the general tone of conversation. \ The forum has hashed over the church's policy that we are not to upload data exported from MLS to third party servers. I'm not sure if this...

For what it's worth, as a Ward Clerk and Website Administrator I absolutely LOVE the way v1 is planned. My biggest frustration with the Priesthood/R.S. Schedule in the classic LUWS was that it was inaccurate enough to discourage usage AND there was nothing I could do about it. I'd rather be responsi...

Thank you. My intention is to create a macro with Macro Express Pro that would take the output of your script and update MLS.
