New FamilySeach resources inaccessible behind Church firewalls?!

We just had the new Church firewall installed in our stake center. Since it blocks YouTube, our FH center can no longer access sites such as: http://www.youtube.com/user/familysearch Another site they are having trouble with is the resource videos at the bottom of this page: https://www.familysearch...

I've never seen the error, but I'm also unable to reproduce it. I've tried selecting locations one-at-time starting then selecting them all. It doesn't matter what order I do the selection process. The calendar works fine. I am assuming that we are talking about v1 - correct? Yes, we're talking abo...

We only have one location other than "Events without locations". Selecting either or both doesn't cause any problems for us. And Oct and Dec still don't work regardless of what is selected (or unselected).

Sounds like you are able to reproduce this with no locations selected. That would have been my first thing to recommend. Are there any others that can reproduce this with ZERO locations selected in the list on the bottom right? Also, did this just start yesterday for everyone having this issue? Or ...

I tried unselecting everything. No help. I also switched to week view, and a couple of the weeks in Oct show up, but a couple others give the same error.

Who knows? But it's definitely a problem. I've just verified it both from my computer at home and the computers at our stake center.

Thanks. So what it sounds like is that I'll get our stake clerk to add the mission president to MLS as an out-of-stake member. Then we'll go from there...

We'd like to grant access to our stake's online directory to our mission president. Is this possible, given that his records are still in his home unit?
