How does someone with a stake calling, reserve something in their own building, and have it show up on the ward calendar? I can create new calendar items, but the only calendar I can write to is the stake ca...

Re: Sony EVI-D70: Results of first Stake Conference Webcast

rhusted: Thanks, this is an excellent short quick start, it gets down to the point. I think I will laminate it and tape it right to the top of the webcast communicator. Good work.

Streaming for Shut-ins

Is there an official policy on streaming meetings for shut-ins? Obviously the ordinance of the sacrament can't be streamed, and in the old days, sacrament meeting used to be recorded for the shut-ins, but with web streaming, is recording really necessary? Any "official word" on this? Thanks.

I report the same as Clingmann, this is now week 3 of no reports of wireless issues. Thank you for fixing this problem.

CraiggSmith: I sent you a personal message through this system, with our FM group's contact information. I would recommend their work for sure.

Standard Equipment for Emergency Situations, Bldg to Bldg

Is there any type of standard recommendation for building to building communication, and stake to stake communication? I was thinking something like this for stake to stake, and stake to HQ: http://www.amazon.com/BaoFeng-UV-5R-136-174-400-480-Dual-Band/dp/B007H4VT7A/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=135869...

Re: LDSJobs.lds.org

It clearly lists them as my ward, and no, some are not even in my stake. 2 are nowhere near my stake, 1 is 1 stake over, the rest are in my ward.

LDSJobs.lds.org

Not sure where the best place to post this is, but I am also the ward employment specialist, (as well as the STS), and I have been getting weekly pdf reports listing my ward members who are in the system looking for work. The only problem is, all but one don't live in my ward. Any ideas?

This angle is nothing compared to my last stake. It had an older building, really tall ceiling, and the camera was mounted at the highest point, at the center, back.

Yea, here is a couple more photos showing the speakers. We didn't have any complaints about it being too high, it was actually just right.
