We have a branch in southern Alberta Canada with older computer and older operating system.
It has recently "crashed ?" and no one can access using the user name and password.
With everything switching over to LCR are we encouraged to get a new computer for the branch?

Thank you for helping with this information. In areas that I have read it does suggest to phone administrative office for specific info related to our area. Would this be Salt Lake or would this be a different number that I call? I am new and lacking in knowledge with calling. Thanks again in advance.

There are mostly historical information but haven't been through all of it yet.

We have records back 30 years in some cases in our stake and would like direction on cleaning things out.

Yes thanks. Was much aware of this as well. I can fix the problem by having them change their status. Both parties in past couldn't fix the problem due to knowledge of how to correct.

That looks as though is what is the problem. I was not aware of this option and now will be able to correct this problem.

I am excited to use LCR to send messages to different groups in the stake. There are however messages that come up saying 2 have opted out or do not have an email adress in Ward directory/MLS. As I look into this one is lagitamate but the other has both an individual email and a household email that...

i have just been called as stake clerk and live 30 minutes from the stake centre. I am 5 minutes from my home ward. Can I set up the ward computer to work on stake business through MLS?
