When i get ready for normal scripture reading, i went to go to my chapter (ether Chapter 2) And it came with a white screen. Is it me? or is it something wrong?
One problem was recently fixed that might have caused the issue you're seeing. If you force close and reopen the app, does content come down again? If not, what if you switch to another content language in Settings, then delete English (by swiping it out of the content languages list), then switch back to English again?

I similarly had a message appear on my iPhone and iPad for all of my languages, claiming that I wasn't connected to the Internet. I quit and reloaded the apps, but it didn't work still during a few days of trying various things. I finally had to delete the apps on both devices and spend two days downloading the tens of gigabytes of audio data. That seems to have worked, but it was quite time intensive.
At the same time, I was unable to load the website on my MacBook. Sometimes, some pages would work or would begin to partially load, but clicking on links of completely downloaded pages that led to an inability to load anything but also not timing out. I was able to load a page from The Book of Mormon and listen to the audio while reading, but as soon as I logged into my account, my former problems returned. I then logged out in case there was something wrong with my account. The result is that the Scriptures and Book of Mormon page show only an empty frame in the center and sidebar, but the page has supposedly loaded (is not endlessly trying to load). At least that's an improvement on the total inability to load anything, even if there's nothing to read or listen to on the page.
Same here. Afraid to have to reload the app because of the possibility of losing all my personal markings and comments in my electronic scriptures. : (
My wife was getting a message saying “updating” for about a day or so, now when she opens the app it seems in a frozen quasi blurry screen mode, no words, nothing. You can see the logo of the church barely, as if you’re looking through a frosty window. Anyone else having this issue?

Is she on the latest version of Gospel Library from the App Store (currently 5.9.3, for iOS)?
