UPDATING ENDLESSLY

IF YOU HAVE ANY WEB FILTERS AT ALL INSTALLED ON YOUR PHONE, THEY WILL BLOCK CERTAIN DOMAINS LIKE LDS.ORG.

MY APP WOULD NOT UPDATE OR DOWNLOAD ANY CONTENT UNTIL I TURNED MY FILTERS OFF WHILE I DOWNLOADED.

if you have filters I highly recommend you turn them off while trying to download.

Mine is doing the same thing even after deleting it and reinstalling. Continually updating.....

I've had this same problem for a few weeks now. I thought if I gave it some time and then I would delete and install the app again but still left with the same problem. I'm really not sure what to do at this point

I’m having the same problem and tried the same solutions. I get so frustrated with the lack of responsiveness of the church to the NUMEROUS problems with their software.

Are you saying you have communicated several problems with the Android Gospel Library support team and have received no response? What are the issues beside Android Gospel Library content "updating endlessly" do you have? What specifically have your tried for each problem? If the Android Gospel Library support team did respond to your problems what specifically did they tell you to do that did not work?

Always stuck on the update screen, I can never open the actual app. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I've tried joining the beta and leaving the beta programs, I've tried restarting my phone. Please help
