Syncing bookmarks between devices

At home, I use the Gospel Library app on a Windows 10 HP laptop. For portability, I use an Android 7.0 Lenovo tablet. My highlights sync to both devices just fine, but bookmarks do not. Did I miss a setting, or is this just how it is?

Well, duh. Not one of my more intelligent days. I had apparently thought the Windows version was automatically syncing, and it wasn't. I had to sign out, then back in. Did I miss something in my settings to get the Windows instance to sync automatically?

It is my understanding that these apps are primarily designed for portable devices that may or may not be on free WIFI at any given moment. As such, they wait for the user to sync manually to avoid racking up data charges without notice. I believe this is true for both the Member Tools app and the Gospel Library app.
