I was able to reproduce this issue. It looks like the note is converted to plain text when sharing via email, so all formatting (including links, bold, etc.) is stripped out. In this scenario, I don't think there are any technical limitations, it's just how it was implemented – if you send it as a suggestion using in-app feedback, the support team can add it their report of feature requests.

Yeah I just updated to that and I still have the same problem it opens the splash screen for 30 seconds then closes. I use an iPad mini 4 on iOS 13.3.1. This mess whole started after apple forced updated my iPad to the current version from version 11. So please fix this so it opens and works I literally have no scriptures besides what I use this app for cause my parents gave my sister my only psychical copy when she move out.

If you have a browser on your device, you can access the scriptures using the church website. Not as convenient as the app, but workable in the short-term, I think. Go to: https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/stu ... s?lang=eng for links to all the standard works.
