Windows Mobile 6.X Gospel Library No Longer Being Updated, Why?

I just loaded the Gospel Library using the current links on Windows Mobile 6.x. It all works fine however it appears that it can only see the Library as of April 2011. The most recent magazine is April 2011, The October Conference talks are not available, and the George Albert Smith Manual does not show up with the other Teachings of the Presidents Manuals, Why?
