WP7/8 where to start to build something?

Hello
I'm about to finish a Windows Phone 8 development course and I'm wondering if would be OK to publish a simple WP app to read/listen the scriptures/conference/magazines

Take a look at the Third-party API for gospel content information. Access to copyrighted material is not permitted without the API.
