Gospel Library 1.0

The wiki page for the Windows Mobile app says that Gospel Library 1.0 has been released, but no link is provided on the page. Is there a place where this can be downloaded?

Is there any way to add documents to the Library in LDSView 7.1 so they can be viewed?
I like the app on my Dell Axim but with only the Scriptures viewable I need a second app for everything else.
For now I have gone back to using MobiPocket with the Blackberry Scriptures file so I can have all my books in one place.
