Gathering log files for troubleshooting

You may be asked to provide log files from your individual machines to assist the team in troubleshooting. In the event you need to gather this data, the files are found in the following locations:

Windows

C:\Users\<User Directory>\Documents\Vidyo Desktop



Mac

/Users/<User Directory>/Library/Logs/Vidyo Desktop

There is no log files since 2014 in that location on Windows 10. Did the location changed, or do they need to be activated ?
