I am the stake executive secretary and have been for three years. I am having difficulty with stake calendars that are private. The stake presidency is listed as viewers but they cant see the calendar on their devices or laptops. I've tried everything.
Any help?

Make sure they're logging in with the right account. The MRN on their account must match the MRN of the person holding the position that's been granted viewer rights.
The other issue is that they may have to go into "Choose Calendars" and enable those calendars to be viewed on the main page. Then they can select them for view.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

When you say "on their devices or laptops" are you referring to the Calendar tool at the Church website, and the Member Tools app for either Android or iOS? It's possible to subscribe to calendars so they show in other calendar programs, like Google Calendar – however, these type of calendar subscriptions don't update automatically – so if that's what they're using to view the calendar, they'll need to go to the settings in the Calendar tool at the Church website to generate a new subscription URL.
