It was reported to me yesterday: “When I hit "reserve" it doesn't do anything.”
Any ideas of what the problem might be?

Are they a building scheduler? That function is only available to them. I'm not sure what a non-scheduler can see.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Yes. He's a building scheduler. He was able to do this before but in the last 2-3 weeks they've seen different issues(some were fixed with an update from last week) but unfortunately now he's running into this new problem.
I've requested a bit more information (steps for duplication) that I will post as soon as I get them.

Another thing to check is which browser is he using. According to this LDSTech article only certain browsers are supported for LDS.org tools.
