Missing 2015 Restrictions

We are an established stake and I cannot add any restrictions in 2015.

What do you mean by "cannot add"? Do you mean that the Restrictions option doesn't even appear on the Settings (gear icon) menu? Or does that option appear, but you can't see the Restrictions calendar? Or can you see the Restrictions calendar, but there is no option for adding? Or you can start the add process, but it won't save? If it won't save, what error message do you see?

I apologize for being too brief. Everything appears as it should in making a reservation. I can even save the restriction (reservation) without any error message, but the restriction does not appear on the calendar even when I go completely out of lds.org and re-enter the website.

I have isolated it to events that are repeating. I can do a single date restriction. Repeating events are not saving to the calendar.

I have also found the same to be true, which is what I was discovering in this thread, Re: Missing 2015 Restrictions and could replicate russellhltn's test exactly for a single restriction (as in the quote below) until I then tried to enter another one, for the next week for the same room (chapel) and time (2:00am) for three Sundays. Restriction appears to save, (no errors are shown) but it does not appear as a restriction. Editing the single restriction event that did save, and changing it to a repeating one and "saving" it will make it disappear as well, which is how I noticed the problem originally when trying to extend existing 2014 repeating restricions into 2015, and finding they were all disappearing, and couldn't be re-entered.

Upon further investigation, it appears that I can enter a restriction in either 2014 or 2015 for a unit, or for the stake, but I can no longer use the restriction "Blocked-Location Unavailable" option for any building, which is the only restriction we used in 2014.

I was able to make a "Blocked-Location Unavailable" and have it show in the restriction calendar. To make sure it didn't conflict with anything else, I made it for the chapel at 2AM. But it did work.

Could your test have failed because of an event scheduled at the same time?

I became frustrated and I have not tried them recently and have gone back to less effective methods until the new calendar update is released.
