System sent old event details instead of the most recent dates/times of our Stake Conference

Ran into an issue with the stake calendar. I'm currently serving as a STS.

1. The Priesthood leadership (7AM 4/10) and adult (7PM 4/9) sessions were scheduled in 2015 around August or September.
2. After the stake president talked with the visiting general authority in February of 2016, both events were edited with the new day and times. Saturday the 9th for both at 3pm and 6pm.
3. Even though the previously scheduled events were changed in February, the emails were still sent out earlier this week for the old schedule..

Has anyone else seen this happen? It has caused much confusion among members as we prepare for this weekend. Any assistance you can give would be appreciated. Is there a location to report these bugs to the calendar team? I can give additional information if needed for that team.
