He speaks the truth. 5 years ago, we changed to have every Ward schedule their own events. I (with one of the Stake Clerks) schedule Stake events and then I schedule ALL private events in all buildings. If it is not a Ward/Auxiliary specific event (funeral, reunion, family event, etc.), it goes through me. It takes training and repeating training as each new Bishop, RS Pres, Elder's Quorum is called but we roll very nicely. 4 buildings, 11 Wards and 2 Branches and everyone gets along!
