Can one event span multiple locations?
Is it possible to have more than one facility show up for a single event? Stake conference comes to mind, where through the power of webcasting, it can be viewed in multiple buildings. Knowing which buildings will be setup to receive the live stream could be helpful to the membership.

I'm not seeing how it can be done. You could try "other location" and then list the buildings. Of course, you'd have to block off the use of the buildings some other way.

Could you create two or three different events scheduled for the same time in the calendar, one for each building? Each building could have its own title and description, which would allow you to be clear which building is the live event and which is the broadcasted event.

Yeah, that would probably do it. Thanks.sbradshaw wrote:Could you create two or three different events scheduled for the same time in the calendar, one for each building? Each building could have its own title and description, so you could add details for which building is live, which ones are the broadcast, and which wards are assigned to attend at which buildings.

Re: Can one event span multiple locations?
If one building serves one ward, it would make sense for the ward to put it in their calendar. If a building serves multiple wards, then only one calendar can "claim" the location.
