Building Scheduler cannot see calendars

One of my building schedulers (I am the stake clerk) cannot see his ward calendars or the stake calendars. I called SLC and they said I have him set up correctly and to email the tech group about this issue. I have him set up and the building scheduler for his building and I added him as a stake administrator trying to resolve the issue. I then matched up all his settings I could with my settings but in the calendar he has no stake calendars to select only the heading Stake Calendars and below that where his ward calendars should be there is nothing. please advise what I need to do.
