Will setup/cleanup times ever be added back to the week view? This is really, really, really frustrating. I haven't seen discussion on this in a while, but supposedly it was on the list.

On a related note, it would be so much better if we could just enter custom start and end times for setup/cleanup. We often have to create separate setup/cIeanup events to get around the limited list of values. I've complained about this since the "new" calendar first went live years ago; I don't get it.
