calendar
My month/week calendar screen shrunk horizontally this morning to about 4 inches on my screen. my setting is at 100% as usual, but my scheduling window only shows two lines of text in each day. How do I get my full screen week/ month back?

Re: calendar is blocked by the footer
The calendar webpage seems to be blocked by the footer. I can see a little bit of the calendar but not a full day to help with scheduling. I can scroll through the calendar section but the size never changes.
I was able to see the full calendar on my android cell phone using Google Chrome to access the website.
So is it something wrong on my end with the Mac or is there a hiccup in the system?

Re: calendar
I did try using the "incognito window" and the page seems laid out correctly so I removed all cookies and restarted my computer and sadly no luck. Still the same issue. Thought I would update the forum.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

(Thanks for making sure the screenshot did not have any substantial personal information--at least none that I noticed.)trvezina wrote:The calendar webpage seems to be blocked by the footer. ...
There's a pretty good chance you can make the symptom go away by clearing browser cache, deleting relevant cookies, and forcing a full reload of the web page. I'm not certain about Chrome, but in Firefox, full page reload is done by Shift-Control-R. If that does not help, please file Feedback on the page. If a widespread problem were to develop, feedback reports can get the problem escalated to engineering.
One temporary option would be to modify the CSS attributes on the footer to make it disappear (or shrink if you can figure out how to do that). To make the footer disappear, do the following:
- 1) Right-click on the footer.
2) From the menu, select Inspect or Inspect Element.
3) In the HTML panel, find the element that covers the footer, the whole footer, and nothing but the footer. ('<footer...' or '<platform-footer...' would be good candidates.)
4) Click on the selected element.
5) In the CSS panel, in the 'element' list, click just to the right of (and maybe a bit above) the '}'.
6) Type in 'display:none'. You should see the browser add a space and a semicolon. You should also see the footer disappear.
7) If you want to make the element transparent rather than to go entirely away, in step 6, type 'opacity:0' instead.

Re: calendar is blocked by the footer
I have never seen a footer for the calendar at the bottom of the page. I just checked and it is still that way on my system and browsers. I am on Windows 10 and using Firefox, Chrome, and MS Edge. The footer, however, does appear in the left pane. That pane scrolls down to show the footer.trvezina wrote:The calendar webpage seems to be blocked by the footer.

That description matches what I see in Firefox ESR on Devuan Beowulf Linux. My suspicion goes to a corruption in the browser's cache that messed up nesting of the HTML elements.jdlessley wrote:I have never seen a footer for the calendar at the bottom of the page. Re: calendar
On a windows machine, I'd suggest pressing Ctrl zero to reset the browser zoom to 100%. Some pages get strange with anything else. I'm not sure what that would be on a Mac.
The fact incognito works says it's a cache/cookie/setting issue.
