It would be helpful for leaders/clerks who are exporting information from the Directory to be able to see the visibility settings -- at least the visibility of the household. The choice to include this information could be a separate check box on the download dialog box, or that column could always be included when the "Include private members" check box is checked.
I know there are a lot of visibility settings, so it is probably unwieldy to include them all (but that would be nice!). But the household's visibility setting is a pretty important thing to be aware of, so it would be great to be able to see the settings for the whole ward in a spreadsheet.

Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.

That's a good thought. Perhaps if they create a PDF, information that gets included because they checked the 'Include private stuff' button could be listed with a small padlock (like the symbol we use in the middle pane to designate private households) with a 'p' or 'w' in it based on the privacy level of that information.
For the .csv export this does become a bit more cumbersome, but I agree it would be helpful for a leader to know if a member doesn't want their info shared with others.
